Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for those who make the reservation.

The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication in which is indicated the total price of the service, after the reception of the 50% deposit.

50% deposit can be sent through bank transfer or charged from credit card.

All deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations/changes made after the deposit submission will not be accepted, and the deposit will not be returned in anu case.

Any cancellations must be communicated by e-mail or whatsapp. In case of cancellation the penalty will be as follows:

  • Cancellations or changes made up to 24 hours before the service 50% deposit will not be refunded 
  • Cancellations or changes made after 24 hours from the expected date of the service the full amount (including the remaining 50%) will be charged. 
  • In case of no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be retained.

In case of bad weather the reservation can be moved the days before or after. If the boats are fully booked on the other days the deposit will be refunded.
